Display, Build, and Design

The vivo X Note and vivo X80 Pro has the same design and display features. Looking at both phones from distance, you can’t tell the difference between them. But a closer look will show you that the 7-inch screen size of the vivo X Note is bigger than the 6.78-inch of the vivo X80 Pro. Aside from the display size, other features of the display are the same.

Both phones make use of an AMOLED panel, support for 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and the same QHD+ display resolution. Even the build and rear modules of both phones are the same. When it comes to durability and protection, both phones have Gorilla Glass and have IP68 water and dust resistant rating.

The only difference between these smartphones in this category is the slightly bigger display of the vivo X Note. So, those who love very big displays will prefer the vivo X Note.

Camera

In the camera segment, vivo used the same camera setup and camera sensors in both phones. The vivo X Note and X80 Pro features a quad rear camera and single front camera setup. In most cases, both the vivo X Note and vivo X80 Pro are the same phone. Both phones have the same display quality, the same build quality, the same durability, the same camera sensors, and even the same software. But, the vivo X Note has a bigger screen for those who need the extra screen. It also has a bigger battery for those who want to use their phone for a longer time.

However, not everyone likes very big phones. So, if you need a vivo flagship phone with more camera stability and a moderate screen, then I recommend the vivo X80 Pro for you.

So, if I’m to score both smartphones, I’ll score the vivo X Note (51%) and the vivo X80 Pro (49%). Although both phones have the same specifications, the extra screen size and bigger battery give the vivo X Note an edge.
