The vivo X100 has a 6.78-inch E7 AMOLED curved display of 1260 x 2800 pixels resolution with a 20:9 ratio and 453 ppi density. The display is an LTPO AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The performance of the vivo X100 is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset. This is a 5G chipset that has octa-core processors with one prime core, five performance cores, and two efficiency cores.
The Dimensity 9300 chipset has one Cortex-X4 prime processor with a speed of 3.25GHz, three Cortex-X4 performance processors with speed of 2.85GHz, and four Cortex-A720 efficiency processors with a speed of 2.0GHz.
