The display feature of the vivo X80 Pro and Xiaomi 12 Pro are similar. Both have a 6.7-inch display, QHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR10+. The major difference is in the build and design of both phones.

The vivo X80 Pro has a bigger rear camera module that houses four rear camera sensors while the Xiaomi 12 Pro has a simpler and smaller rear camera module that houses three rear camera sensors. The display of both phones is slightly curved on the sides. One big win for the vivo X80 Pro is that it is certified to be IP68 water and dust-resistant.

So, between the Xiaomi 12 Pro and vivo X80 Pro which is better? The vivo X80 Pro is better but does not offer better value for money here. Allow me to explain.

In the areas of camera features and durability, the vivo X80 Pro is ahead of the Xiaomi 12 Pro. But, Xiaomi 12 Pro offers the same performance, the same display features, and faster charge technology. Plus, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is currently $340 cheaper and this makes it a good value for money.

Even though the vivo X80 Pro is better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro in some areas, the value the Xiaomi 12 Pro brings for the price is just incredible. But if you have the means, then buy the vivo X80 Pro.
