This announcement was made through a post of Weibo and the company also acknowledge the software challenge the faced with the MIUI 12 software.
“How to achieve ‘faster and more stable’ is the big question we are trying to solve. The question is difficult, but if you have a clear idea, you will be able to find the answer. During this year, Xiaomi’s friends cared about us very much and gave us a lot of opinions.
Please rest assured, I have seen everyone’s opinions, and our team is indeed earnestly improving. ‘Fast, more stable’, and the upcoming Xiaomi 12 and MIUI 13, are our answers to everyone.”
