Xiaomi 13 Lite listing on Google Play Console: Xiaomi is having a very busy new year as the company has released the Xiaomi 13 series – the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. But it seems the company is not done yet as it appears it’ll launch a new phone under the Xiaomi 13 umbrella soon.
The guys over at MySmartPrice just spotted a new mid-range phone called the Xiaomi 13 Lite on the database of the Google Play Console. The listing of the phone in the Google Play Console database revealed that the code name of the Xiaomi 13 Lite is Ziyi. But there is even more as the listing also revealed the specifications of the Xiaomi 13 lite.
Expected Specifications of the Xiaomi 13 Lite
The listing on Google Play Console shows that the Xiaomi 13 Lite will have a similar design as the Xiaomi Civi 2 but with a single punch hole on the screen. The listing also showed that the phone will have a curved AMOLED display with a 1080×2400 pixel resolution and a 440ppi pixel density.
The System on Chip (SoC) listed on the database has the codename QTI SM7450 with an octa-core CPU. The SoC has 4x Qualcomm Kyro 770 cores (2400MHz) and 4x Qualcomm Kyro 770 cores (1800 MHz). This chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM and the Adreno 644 GPU (443 MH). We assume the SoC will be the recently released Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset from Qualcomm.
If the Xiaomi 13 Lite will look anything like the Xiaomi Civi 2, then it might have a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. As per the camera, it might come with a 50MP triple rear camera and a single 32MP front camera. The listing on the Google Play Console confirmed that the phone will boot Android 12 out of the box.
We expect to see the Xiaomi 13 Lite launched in Asia and Europe in the first quarter of the year. The price of the phone might start from about €449 for the base model. More details will be available in the coming weeks.
