Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 will launch on August 11th, 2022. The Chinese tech company has confirmed the release date of its next foldable device- a successor to the Mix Fold 1 that was launched a year ago. The tech company took to its Weibo account to make this announcement.

It’s a good thing that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 will be launching just a day after the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 has been announced. We’ll be covering both announcements alongside their comparisons and reviews. So make sure to watch this space for more.

Alongside the Mix Fold 2, Xiaomi will also launch new wireless earphones- Buds 4 Pro. And a new tablet will also debut- the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4”. This will be very different from last year’s Pad 5 Pro 11-inch tablet.

There is information that the new Pad 5 Pro 12.4-inch will bring a new design and a more improved 50MP main camera. More details are expected to pour in before the launch date is on Aug 11.

The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 release date is on August 11 and the event will begin at 7 PM local time in China. We don’t know yet if the foldable device will be available outside China, however, for those interested in getting one, we’ll update you guys on how to make a purchase of it after the launch.
