Both phones feature a hinge that can position the foldable screen in multiple angles and when closes leaves no gaps between the folded screens. The differences between both smartphones start from the design. The rear and front design of the Mix Fold 3 is different from that of the Galaxy Z Fold 5. While the Z Fold 5 uses an under-display camera technology to hide the front camera on its bigger screen, the Mix Fold 3 has a punch hole in the top left corner to house its front camera.
