The Poco F4 GT has a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The device comes in three different colours: Stealth Black, Knight Silver and Cyber Yellow. Also, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric verification.

Xiaomi Poco F4 GT is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 5G chipset, paired with 8/12 GB RAM and 128/256 GB storage. The battery capacity is 4,700 mAh with 120W fast charge support. Additionally, the device boots Android 12 out of the box.

On the back of the smartphone are triple rear camera systems consisting of a 64MP main cam, alongside an 8-megapixel ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front is a 20 MP camera for selfies.
