Chipset, CPU and GPU

The chipset that is under hood of this device is the Dimensity 700 5G. This chipset is an affordable 5G SoC from MediaTek. It uses octa core CPU clocked at 2.2GHz and uses Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

While this is not the best mid-range 5G chipset out there, it sure can get the job done. It’s CPU and GPU are just okay to do the tasks you need the phone to perform.

Poco M3 Por 5G come with a triple rear camera set up. A 48MP main sensor, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth. Upfront is an 8MP camera placed in a cut out at the middle.

This is same camera set up used in the regular Poco M3. But, unlike the regular Poco M3, the rear cameras can record 4K videos.

However, you’ll miss out on stabilization features such as OIS, gyro-EIS. If you can manage to keep your hands steady while recording a video and taking photos, you won’t probably miss those stability features that much.

Display and Build Material

The display type of the Poco M3 Pro 5G is an IPS LCD panel with 90Hz refresh rate. It’s display size is 6.5 inch Full HD+ with brightness up to 500 nits.

For it’s build material, it has plastic back, plastic frame and glass front. The front glass is corning gorilla glass 3.

When it come to design, the Poco M3 Pro 5G is very attractive. The camera module is to the side of the and the color of the module is different from the back plastic which adds some nice tune to it.
