The Circle to Search is now available on Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. This feature was first introduced on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Series through the “Galaxy AI” built-in system.

However, Google has now introduced a similar feature for its flagship Pixel 8 Series. This update is not coming through a firmware upgrade, but rather, it seems to be a server-side switch so it just ‘automatically’ appears.

How to Activate Circle to Search on Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro

  • To activate it you need to long-press the navigation bar
  • Then circle or highlight items on-screen
  • Circle to Search works anywhere on your phone
