Since unveiling the Dimensity 9000 chip back in Novemeber 2021, MediaTek has been silent as to which phones will feature this chip inside. But, the company has come out to confirm the first two phones to be powered by the Dimensity 9000 chip.
At least, four flagship phones will use this chip in the first quarter (Q1) of 2021. The chip that is built on TCMS 4nm process tech will be used by OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Honor. All these phone makers are expected to launch a phone with the Dimensity 9000 chip inside in Q1 2022.

According tp Henry Duan, VP at OPPO, he said the next Find X flagship phone will be the first to use the Dimensity 9000 SoC. Since the Find X4 Pro is confirmed to rock the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 from Qualcomm, it’s safe to say the vanilla Find X4 will feature the Dimensity 9000 from MediaTek.
Mr Lu Weibing who is Xiaomi’s VP and General Manager of Redmi also confirmed that the chip will be used in the Redmi K50 lineup. He didn’t specify which model will feature the chip but we might just get the Dimensity 9000 inside the Redmi K50 gaming edition.

Both Honor and Vivo has confirmed that they plan to use the chip to power their devices. The brands promised their “new generation of flagship 5G mobile phones” will provide “unprecedented performance” to “push the envelope on 5G applications and innovations”.
Honor and Vivo is yet to reveal which of the phone lineup will feature this chip. But we’ll get more updates by the start of 2022.
