About Honor 60
Honor 60 is a premium midrange smartphone from Honor. It is the successor of the previously released Honor 50 and features quite similar designs and packed almost same specs. It runs Android 11 out of the box and comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G chip.

Chipset, CPU and GPU
The chipset inside the Honor 60 is the Snapdragon 778G 5G chip. This 5G gaming chip from Qualcomm features some really impressive CPU and GPU cores. The peak download and upload speed of this chip is 3.7 Gbps and 2.9 Gbps respectively.
The chipset has an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.4 GHz paired with an improved Adreno 642L GPU. With the CPU and GPU combined with the 12GB of RAM, the chipset inside this device can handle some heavy gaming and process data relatively fast.

Cameras
Honor 60 features triple rear cameras; a 108MP main camera, a 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. Up front, it comes with a 32MP selfie camera that can record 1080p videos.
Features of the camera include; PDAF, Dual-LED flash, HDR, panorama. The back camera can shoot 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/60fps and has the gyro-EIS feature enabled.

Honor 60 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. It has small bezels and curved side screen on both sides.
Its build material is; Glass front, glass back, aluminum frame. It uses Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by), protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
The device has the following features in its display; 1B colors, 120Hz, HDR10 and up to 1000 nits of brightness.

RAM, Storage and Battery
The Honor 60 comes with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. It has no space for storage expansion via microSD card.
It is powered by a non-removable Li-Po 4,800mAh with 66W fast charging (0 to 100% in 55 minutes). There is Reverse charging 5W but no wireless charging tech inside.

Software and Connectivity
Honor 60 runs Magic UI 5.0 on top Android 11 out of the box. You can expect at least two years of major software update for the device.
Games and Apps can be downloaded from Google Play Store and you have access to use all Google Mobile Services. But it seems the China version has no support for Google Mobile Services.

Availability and Where to Honor 60
The Honor 60 was announced on December 1 2021 and its release date was December 10 2021. The device is only available in the Chinese market for now. Its international debut is expected to be in 2022.
