OnePlus just launched the Racing Edition of the OnePlus Ace in China. And while this new edition shares some similarities with the regular OnePlus Ace, it is more affordable. The price of the OnePlus Ace Racing starts at $389 which is cheaper than the OnePlus Ace whose price starts at $459.

Amongst other things, the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition comes with the same chipset as the regular OnePlus Ace or OnePlus 10R as known in other markets. But, it now has a less fast charging speed, a different display panel, and different camera sensors.

The OnePlus Ace Racing is currently a China-only exclusive smartphone. This means the smartphone is yet to be for purchase outside China. Although pre-order of the phone has started in China, shipping will start in June.

OnePlus Ace Racing has support for network bands outside China and has support for multiple language setups (not just Chinese). About OnePlus Ace Racing

The OnePlus Ace Racing is a more affordable version of the OnePlus Ace 5G. It’s a 5G smartphone that features a 6.59-inches display with an IPS LCD panel, a 120Hz refresh rate, and FHD+ resolution.

The chipset inside the OnePlus Ace Racing is the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max with an octa-core CPU and the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. The chipset is paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage. There is no room for storage expansion via a microSD card slot but supports a 3.5mm headphone jack.

OnePlus Ace Racing is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging. You can charge the phone from 0 to 100% in about 30 minutes.
