The Samsung Galaxy F14 5G is powered by the Exynos 1330 5G chipset. Paired with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB of storage. The storage can be expanded via a microSD card. More so, it runs Android 13 software out of the box with two years of software upgrades in view.

In terms of the display, the Galaxy F14 5G has a 6.6-inch AMOLED touchscreen with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate support. For security, it features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric verification.
