ZTE Axon 40 Pro appears on TENAA with similar features as Nubia Z40 Pro

ZTE/Nubia has launched the Nubia Z40 Pro in China and it featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Now, ZTE is set to release the ZTE Axon 40 Pro and it looks similar to the Nubia Z40 Pro. This is not so surprising given the fact that both ZTE and Nubia are under the same umbrella.

The ZTE Axon 40 Pro with the model number A2023H appeared on TENAA with a full specs sheet and photos. The photos confirmed that the phone has the same camera design and even the same dimensions as the Nubia Z40 Pro.

It has a CPU with a speed clocked at 3.0GHz and this seems like the prime core CPU of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with 2.995GHz. The RAM inside the device as seen on TENAA is 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB while the storage options are 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

ZTE Axon 40 Pro

Just like the Nubia Z40 Pro, the phone also comes with a 64MP main camera assisted by a 50MP and an 8MP sensor. Our guess is the new ZTE Axon phone also uses the same camera sensors like the ones inside the Nubia Z40 Pro.

The ZTE phone that appeared on TENAA also comes with a 6.67-inches OLED display and it’s powered by a 4,900mAh battery. And this means the ZTE Axon 40 Pro will have a magnetic version just like the Nubia Z40 Pro Magnetic Edition.

From the details seen on TENAA so far, the incoming ZTE Axon phone looks very similar to the recently released Nubia Z40 Pro. The only difference is the name of both devices. More updates about this phone will be released soon. So stay tuned.
