1. Infinix Hot 40 Pro is More Affordable

Infinix Hot 40 Pro is cheaper than the Redmi Note 13 Pro. The Hot 40 Pro has a starting price of $200 for the 8/256 GB storage model. While the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is more expensive with a starting price of $226 for the same configuration of 8/256 GB.

2. Redmi Note 13 Pro has a Brighter and Colorful Display

The Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is more beautiful than the Infinix Hot 40 Pro. Also, the Redmi Note 13 Pro has thinner bezels around the screen making it more appealing to hold.

Moreover, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G has a better display quality. The screen is Super AMOLED. It is brighter and more color-accurate than the IPS LCD on the Infinix Hot 40 Pro. Even though they both support a 120Hz refresh rate, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is the winner of this category.

3. Camera Comparison

In terms of the camera, which one takes a better picture? The answer is the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G. It Takes a sharper image and the portrait mode is finer. More so, when it comes to night photography, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is better. And lastly, it gives an option of ultra wide lens which is lacking on the Infinix Hot 40 Pro.

However, for selfie pictures and front video recording, the Tecno Spark 20 Pro wins. Overall, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is a better option when it comes to camera performance.

4. Performance is Similar Across the Board

Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G vs Infinix Hot 40 Pro are both using the same chipset. They are powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 4G chipset. Although Redmi claims to be using the “Ultra” version of the Helio G99 chipset, in my personal experience of testing both I could barely notice any differences between their performance.

5. Software

Both smartphones run Android 13 out of the box. And they will be updated to Android 14 later this year. However, I’ll recommend the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G because of its consistency and reliability. Xiaomi has promised to give the Redmi up to 3 years of OS upgrade. Unlike the Infinix which may not give more than once.

6. Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is king of fast Charging

Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G has a 5,000 mAh battery capacity + a 67W wired fast charging. While the Infinix Hot 40 Pro has a 5,000 mAh + 33W wired charging system.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is better than the Infinix Hot 40 Pro. Here are reasons to get the Redmi Note 13 Pro. Firstly, the display is brighter and more color-accurate. Secondly, the Redmi Note 13 Pro has a sharper camera. Lastly, the Redmi Note 13 Pro has a better software experience + future updates.

However, the Infinix Hot 40 Pro is more affordable. And the front camera is sharper too. Additionally, the performance is at par with the Redmi Note 13 Pro.
