The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 AnTuTu Score has set a new record. The flagship 5G chipset has a unique octa-core CPU that sees it surpassing over 2 million points, which is a new high on the AnTuTu database.

MediaTek Dimensity 9300 could feature four Cortex-X4 units and four Cortex-A720, likely in a 1+3+4 CPU architecture.
The smartphone used for this test is unknown, however, the phone features 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage, while the OS is Android 14. It is the first time we have a smartphone surpassing the 2,000,000 threshold on AnTuTu.

Based on the test result, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 is a lot higher than any Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 result – the CPU is 65% better, GPU is 55%, LPDDR5X RAM + UFS 4.0 storage is 33% faster, while the UX scored over 50% higher. But we’ll wait to see what the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 has to bring.
