There is really no telling which design is better here. Most people will prefer the punch-hole of the Realme phone because it gives you more screens to work with. But others will prefer the dual 50MP selfie cameras in the cut-out notch of the Vivo phone.
Camera
The camera segment is where things get a little tricky. Realme 9 Pro+ has a total of four cameras, a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP selfie camera. The 50MP rear camera of the Realme 9 Pro+ is the Sony IMX766 sensor and it offers great clarity in photography and videography.
The Vivo V23 5G on the other hand has a total of five rear cameras: a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 50 + 8MP selfie camera. The cameras of the Vivo v23 5G have PDAF and AF features. Now here is the tricky thing about the cameras of both phones.

The rear camera setup of both phones is essentially the same. But at the rear, the 50MP Realme 9 Pro+ is way better than the 64MP main camera of the Vivo V23 5G. It offers better stability features and the Sony IMX766 offers incredible quality.
But upfront, the Realme 9 Pro+ only has a 16MP selfie camera while the Vivo V23 5G has a 50MP dual front camera. The Vivo V23 5G can shoot video in 4K resolution using the front cameras. However, the camera game leans favorably towards the Realme 9 Pro+.
This is because the camera of the phone offers more useful features. With the Realme 9 Pro+, you get OIS and gyro-EIS features. And you can also shoot videos in 4K resolution using the rear camera. If you’re the selfie type of person, the Vivo V23 5G dual front camera makes it a good buy for you.
