You can’t go wrong with either of these two smartphones in terms of display. Both has 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO super AMOLED touchscreen with adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate support. Also you get 10bit colors and HDR10+ certification as well as Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
The only missing feature is IP certification. Which means both devices must be kept out of the reach of liquid/water penetration. More so, the Xiaomi 12 Pro display is curved, while Realme GT 2 Pro has a flat display. So it’s based on user preference.
Realme GT 2 Pro has 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS, a secondary Samsung JN1 50 MP ultrawide shooter with a 150 field of view and a 3 MP microscope lens that can do close-ups at up to 40x similar to Oppo’s Find X3 Pro. While upfront it has 32 MP selfie camera.
In comparison, Xiaomi 12 Pro packs 50MP OIS main cam, alongside a 50MP for an ultrawide and 50 MP telephoto lens (2x optical zoom). Upfront it has 32MP for selfie. There’s no major difference between these two smartphones aside from the price variety. So it is based on user preference, but the Realme GT 2 Pro offers a better deal. Whatever the Xiaomi 12 Pro has to offer, the Realme GT 2 Pro offers at a lesser price.
