The details of the Samsung Galaxy S23 listed on Geekbench include its RAM size which is 6.94GB (that is 8GB of RAM), Android 13 OS, and a motherboard with the code name “Kalama“. This motherboard is likely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and we can come to this conclusion because the leak included details of the processor of the motherboard.

The Kalama motherboard comes with one processor/CPU that has 8 cores. These 8 cores have one core with a speed of 3.36GHz, four cores with a speed of 2.80GHz, and three cores with a speed of 2.02GHz. These CPU cores are different from the CPU cores of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and Exynos 2200.
The leak details also confirmed that the CPU cores of the new motherboard in the Galaxy S23 will be paired with an Adreno 740 GPU. This is different from the Adreno 730 GPU used in the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and 8 Gen 1. So, the chipset in the Samsung Galaxy S23 series has an octa-core processor like the Samsung Galaxy S22 series but it will feature faster CPU cores and a more powerful GPU.

Other details such as camera, battery, display, and designs are not confirmed yet. But according to previous rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will have the same display size as the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. But while the S23 Ultra will have a similar display and design as the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the Galaxy S23, and S23+ will get rid of the rear camera module on the S22 and S22+ and use a similar rear camera module as the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Going by the design rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will have the same design. However, it seems only the Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a curved display while the S23 and S23+ will retain the same flat display as the S22 and S22+.
