Cheapest 5G Galaxy A phone: Samsung is gearing up to launch its most affordable 5G Galaxy phone. So far, there is no company dedicated to bringing 5g enabled smartphones to users more than Samsung. They already have a growing list of mid-range 5G phones; the Galaxy A32 5G, Galaxy A42 5G, Galaxy A52 5G, and Galaxy A72 5G.

And they’re not quite done yet. In fact, they’re bringing an even more affordable 5G Galaxy phone – The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G. This new cheap A22 5G is expect to launch soon.

So many rumors have surrounded the, camera, RAM, chipset etc. of the Galaxy A22 5G over the past weeks. And now, it seems its edging even closer to be launched.

The Galaxy A22 5G

According to SamMobile, The Galaxy A22 5G has been certified by the Bluetooth SIG organization. Bluetooth certification is one of the many approvals a smartphone requires before it can be sold to consumers, and while it doesn’t offer much detail about an upcoming device except for its version of Bluetooth connectivity (version 5.0, in this case), we already know a lot about the Galaxy A22 5G.

Aside from the 5G, there is really nothing extraordinary about the A22 5G. It’s just a typical low-budget Samsung device. Inside is the Dimensity 700 chipset from MediaTek. The chipset above is almost same category as the Dimensity 720 chipset used in the Galaxy A32 5G.

It has 4GB of RAM and it appears there is also a model with 6GB of RAM. The internal storage of the A22 5G is expected to be 64GB and 128GB of storage with option for storage expansion via microSD card.

Other specs of the Galaxy A22 5G

Other features of the galaxy A22 5G are; infinity-V display with Fulll HD+ resolution. No higher refresh rate confirmed but will have quad rear camera. A 48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP main, ultra-wide, depth, and macro camera setup, a 13MP front camera, a 5000 mAh battery with 15W charging, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The device is expected to cost below €300 and it will run Android 11 out of the box. Confirmed colors so far are: gray, light green, purple, and white. More update coming including full specs and actual price of the Galaxy A22 5G. Keep watching this space.
