Tecno has announced the Tecno Spark 7 smartphone in india. The smartphone becomes Tecno’s first device to run Android 11 OS out of the box. And it will be available in three colors like Magnet Black, Morpheus Blue, and Spruce Green.

The Tecno Spark 7 has 6.53-inches IPS LCD HD+ display (720 x 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio) with no high refresh rate available.

Tecno Spark 7 is powered by the MediaTek helio A25 processor and ships with 2 GB / 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB / 64 GB of internal storage. Since it is an entry level device, much shouldn’t be expected.

When it comes to the camera, the Spark 7 has 16MP dual rear cameras and an 8MP upfront for a selfie cam. The smartphone body is made of plastic and on the rear you have the fingerprint scanner too. Spark series are not always the brightest lineups of Tecno. But it seems too that a “Pro version” with helio G70 chipset is launching soon in Nigeria.

Battery wise, the Spark 7 has a 6,000mAh battery capacity that supports 10W fast charge. According to Tecno, the 6,000mAh battery offers more than 30 days of standby time. The device runs on the latest Android 11 based on HiOS 7.5 UI software out of the box. Which makes it the first Tecno device to run the latest OS from box.

Tecno Spark 7 Price in India and Availability

Tecno Spark 7 price in India starts at ₹6,999 (~$94) for the 2GB RAM + 32 GB storage edition. While the 3 GB RAM + 64 GB storage edition costs ₹7,999 (~$107)

The Tecno Spark 7 sales will commence through Amazon starting from April 16 in India.
