The peak download speed of this chipset is above 10Gbps and its peak upload speed is above 5Gbps. It features fast UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5X RAM technology. When it comes to performance and power efficiency, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is one of the best in the market.

The display size of the Xiaomi 12S Ultra is 6.7-inch and it has an LTPO AMOLED panel, supports a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+. The front screen is slightly curved on both sides and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

As for design, it has a punch hole on the top of the screen. The build materials for this phone are a Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), ceramic back, and aluminum frame. On the rear, it has this circular module that is home to the rear camera sensors. The circular camera module is at the top part of the back panel.
