Xiaomi Civi 2 launches in China with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 5G chipset and dual pill-shaped punch hole (imitating iPhone 14 Pro’s dynamic island). Open sales of the smartphone in China have begun, while the global release date is yet to be confirmed by the Chinese tech company.
The Xiaomi Civi 2 brings a 6.55-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with 120Hz refresh rate support and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. The display has a pill-shaped cutout hole for the selfie camera. Additionally, there’s an under-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

Xiaomi Civi 2 is a camera-centric device. It comes with a triple rear camera system. A 50MP main camera, supported by a 20MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. While upfront is 32MP + 32MP selfie cameras placed in the center pill-shaped cutout holes. The smartphone is available in four colors, Black, Blue, Violet, and Silver.
The performance of the Xiaomi Civi 2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 5G chipset, paired with 8/12GB RAM and 128/256 GB storage. Moreover, the battery capacity is 4,500 mAh with 67W fast charge support. And it boots MIUI 13 skin software based on Android 12 out of the box.

Xiaomi Civi 2 price in China starts at CNY 2,399 ($349) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced slightly higher. There’s also a 12GB RAM model that’s even more expensive. All variants are now available for purchase in China.
