The news about a new Apple iPhone SE 3 5G has been around since last year. Some renders have been shared and its said to be coming with a latest Apple iOS software and Apple A Bionic chip.
Well, today a new update has arrive confirming that Apple has started making the display panel for the iPhone SE 3 5G. Here is what we know so far.
According to a tweet by popular tipster @DSCCRoss Apple has started the panel production for the iPhone SE 3 5G. This panel is expected to be IPS LCD and will have a similar 4.7-inches as the iPhone SE 2 of last year.
The tipster also suggested that mass production of the device is expected to start by March and launch should be second half of April or early May. And the device might make its way to the market by early May. Judging from the launch timestamp of previous iPhone SE, its difficult to argue the suggested time stamp.
The tweet reads in full, “Apple 5G SE model starting panel production this month. Phone production likely from March. This means a launch is likely for 2H April/early May with shipments from late April or early May.“
So far, Apple is still silent about the specifications of the iPhone SE 3 5G but we have some speculations. The device might boot Apple iOS 15 out of the box, powered by the latest Apple A15 Bionic chip, and pack same 12MP sensor as the ones seen in the iPhone 12 series.
There have been series of leaks and renders about its designs. Some suggests that Apple will be ditching the big chin and going for a familiar and modern design like the ones we’ve seen in the iPhone 13 series.
Now that the news about iPhone 3 SE 5G panel production has surfaced, its a matter of time before more rumors start pouring in. Stay tune for more updates.
