Beats Studio Buds Plus announced: Apple has announced the release of its latest Beats Studio Buds+ today and it comes with some new and interesting features. The device comes with a better and improved Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), longer-lasting battery life and a new transparent model.

Beats Studio Buds Plus announced

The Beats Studio Buds+ also features a custom “Beats Proprietary Platform” chip. This chip supports one-touch pairing with other Apple devices, Hey Siri, and Apple Find My support as well as device switching via iCloud.

Another interesting new feature is the compatibility of the new Studio Buds+ with Google Fast Pair and Google Find My Device tracking. It now also allows audio switching between a wider range of devices and operating systems.

According to Apple, the ANC and voice pickup during calls on the Studio Bud + are much-improved thanks to the 3x larger microphones. The Beats Studio Buds+ is rated IPX4 splashproof and it also supports spatial audio for Dolby Atmos.

As for the battery life, the Studio Buds+ is said to offer up to 9 hours of playback and Apple claims up to 36 hours of total battery life with the USB-C charging case. As per the release note, a 5-minute charge will give you an hour of listening.

Beats Studio Buds Plus Price and Release Date

The price of the Beats Studio Buds+ is $170 in the US, £180 in the UK, and €200 in Europe. It is available in Transparent, Black and Ivory colors. The Studio Buds+ was released on May 17, 2023 and you can start placing your orders for a pair from Apple and local retailers now.
