The drone has a new 1/1.3-inch sensor with a bright f/1.7 aperture that should make do in all kinds of light conditions. The sensor is a 48MP unit and can shoot in full-res 48MP, or binned 12MP mode.

When it comes to videography, the DJI Mini 3 Pro is superior to its predecessor. It can record 4K video up to 60fps and 4K HDR video up to 30fps. Additionally, unlike the DJI Mini 2 with only a downward sensor, the newly released Pro model has forward, backward and downward sensors. These three sensors allow the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone to support independent flight modes like Spotlight 2.0, Point of Interest 3.0, Active Track 4.0, and MasterShots.
The use time has been slightly increased from the predecessor’s 31 minutes to 34 minutes with the standard Intelligent Flight Battery. Also, There’s a zoom mode in the video – 2x in 4K and 4x in 1080p. Slow-motion capture is done in either 4K@60fps or 1080@120fps.
