Display
Infinix Zero X Pro has a better display of 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED touchscreen with 120Hz refresh rate. The screen brightness max up to 700 nits which is good for both indoor and outdoor usage.
While the Infinix Zero 8 brings a bigger display size of 6.85-inch FHD+ IPS LCD touchscreen with 90Hz refresh rate support. The maximum brightness level is 500 nits.
Overall, the Infinix Zero X Pro 120Hz display is smoother and the super AMOLED panel is brighter for media and color accuracy.
Camera
The camera of the Infinix Zero X Pro is more sophisticated. It brings triple rear camera setup of 108MP with OIS support, joined by an 8MP ultrawide lens and 8MP periscope telephoto lens. While upfront is a 16MP selfie camera. The 108 MP main sensor has Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and can record video in 4k resolution.
While Infinix Zero 8 brings 64MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide lens, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP depth lens. Upfront are dual selfie camera of 48 + 8MP. The rear camera is capable of 4k video resolution.
Overall, the Infinix Zero X Pro camera is better because with OIS you can have an excellent photography experience. Also, the periscope tele lens that supports 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom is the first on any Infinix phone. Although the front camera of the Infinix Zero 8 is better.

Sitting at the helm of the Infinix Zero X Pro is the MediaTek helio G95 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. While the Infinix Zero 8 is powered by MediaTek helio G90T chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Both smartphones have similar CPU and GPU capability.

Software wise, Infinix Zero X Pro runs XOS 7.6 skinned software based on Android 11 OS out of the box. But the predecessor is XOS 7.0 skinned based on Android 10 out of the box.
Battery
Battery capacity of the Infinix Zero X Pro is 4,500 mAh with 45W fast charge support (40% in 15 minutes). While the Infinix Zero 8 battery capacity is similar but with 33W fast charge support.

Infinix Zero X Pro vs Infinix Zero 8: Conclusion
The Infinix Zero X Pro is upgraded in many areas. The Zero X Pro is the first Infinix phone with 108MP, 45W fast charge and 120Hz refresh rate. Overall, it is more sophisticated than the Zero 8 of last year. But in terms of performance, both devices are on par.
So if I’m to score both smartphones by percentage. I’ll score the Infinix Zero X Pro (55%) while the Infinix Zero 8 gets (45%).
