MediaTek Dimensity 8020 Specs

The MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chip is built on TSMC N6 (6nm-class). A 5G chipset that supports Dual 5G SIM of Sub-6 GHz. It features 4x Arm Cortex-A78 @ up to 2.6GHz and 4x Arm Cortex-A55 @ up to 2GHz. The GPU side is covered by the Arm Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.

For its RAM and Storage technology, the chipset supports LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The MediaTek Dimensity 8020 supports up to 108MP camera sensors and 4K video recording at 30FPS.

Additionally, the chipset can support FHD+ at a 144Hz refresh rate. As per connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and sub-6Ghz 5G connectivity.
