Yesterday, OPPO announced that it will be bringing its own under-display camera technology soon. This tech is not available in an OPPO phone for the masses. However, a new hands-on video has shown details about the OPPO’s under-display camera.

The video was uploaded on YouTube by Creator Studio shows lots of improved features. First, the video shows that the camera hole is almost invisible no matter the lightning condition or angle you view it from. Second, the photo quality also improved like allot.

OPPO has also said that the display around the camera area will have a longer lifespan. And so far, it appears the company has been able to solve some major problems linked with under-display camera.

ZTE, Samsung, and Xiaomi are among the companies working on an improved under-display camera tech. The photo quality f the under-display camera has not always been that good.

But, from the hands-on video above, you can see the photo quality from the OPPO’s under-display camera is quite impressive. We’ll still have to wait for it to be available for the masses and testing for final conclusions.

With Samsung, ZTE, and Xiaomi already in the race for best under-display camera tech, its nice for OPPO to join in. We just have to wait now for which OEM has the best under-display camera.
