For those who don’t know, LTPO 2.0 is a display tech that allows the display of your device to switch between 1Hz and 120Hz refresh rate depending on current display usage. But, this does not mean there is difference in the display.
One noticeable difference is that the display of the OnePlus 10 pro has its punch hole at the top left while that of the Pixel 6 pro is at the top center. Overall, the display of both phones have more in common even packing same curved edge display.
Google Pixel 6 Pro comes with a triple rear camera setup: A 50MP main sensor with OIS, a secondary 48MP telephoto lens with 4x optical zoom and 20x digital zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. Upfront it comes with an 11.1MP selfie camera.

When it comes to camera, both phones have got you covered. You get to enjoy features like: OIS, gyro-EIS, optical zoom, and more with the cameras of both phones. But, while the rear camera of the OnePlus 10 pro can record 8K video, that of the Pixel 6 Pro can only record in 4K.
Performance | Storage | RAM | 5G
Performance is where the comparison gets very interesting. This is because both phones are powered by different chipet. The OnePlus 10 Pro features by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip while the Google Pixel 6 Pro is features the Google Tensor chip.
When it comes to power, performance and high graphics rendering, the chipset inside the OnePlus 10 Pro is about 30% better. This means, you can do more heavy jobs using the OnePlus 10 Pro. But the Google Tensor inside the Pixel 6 Pro is built around its software.
So, for those who like gaming and doing heavy stuffs, the OnePlus has the perfect chipset for that. When it comes to RAM and Storage, both phones have 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage model.
Both phones have support for 5G network technology. However, the chipset inside the OnePlus phone has a peak download speed of 10 Gbps which better than what the Pixel phone is offering here.
Both the OnePlus 10 Pro and Google Pixel 6 Pro runs Android 12 out of the box on top their respective skin software. OnePlus has promised three years software update for the OnePlus 10 Pro but the Pixel 6 Pro might get up to five years.
OnePlus 10 Pro is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charge. While Pixel 6 Pro is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charge. Given the display qualities on both phones, the 80W fast charge inside the OnePlus 10 pro gives it an edge.
Both phones here have same battery but the OnePlus phone has a faster charge tech. This means even when it runs down, you can quickly top it up. I can’t say that for the Google Pixel 6 pro when the battery runs down.

Judging from the specifications and performance, the OnePlus 10 Pro is the better device by a mile. Its chipset is more powerful while still offering good camera, display, and battery. Granted, the Pixel 6 Pro might have better software experience and update plan, but its not a device designed for heavy users.
The fact that the base model of the OnePlus 10 Pro starts at $899 is also an added advantage. Overall, I’ll score the OnePlus 10 Pro 60% and the Google Pixel 6 Pro 40%.
