The OnePlus Open has a slightly bigger digger display than the Galaxy Z Fold 5 but the display features and panel are the same. When unfolded, the OnePlus Open has a 7.86-inch display while the Galaxy Z Fold 5 has a 7.6-inch display. Design

Design is one of the main differences between the OnePlus Open and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5. When unfolded, the OnePlus Open has a single punch hole in the top right corner of its screen while the Galaxy Z Fold 5 has an under-display camera. The rear designs of both phones are also very different as you can see from the pictures below.

Although the back panel of both phones is flat, the design of the rear is different. On the rear, the OnePlus Open has a circular camera module at the top center while the Galaxy Z Fold 5 has a camera module at the top left corner.

The OnePlus Open has a 67W wired fast charging which is faster than the 25W wired charging of the Galaxy Z Fold 5. OnePlus Open vs Galaxy Z Fold 5: Conclusion

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 is a better foldable phone than the OnePlus Open Fold. This is because the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is a more complete foldable phone with features such as wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, stylus support (S-PEN), and Ultra Wideband (UWB) support. However, the OnePlus Open Fold offers better value for the money.

This is because it has the same performance and display features as the Galaxy Z Fold 5 but is also cheaper. The OnePlus Open also has a bigger battery and faster-wired charging. For its price, I’ll recommend the OnePlus Open ahead of the Galaxy Z Fold 5. But, if you need a more complete foldable phone and you have the money, buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5.
