Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 Specs
The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 is built on TSMC’s 4nm process technology and features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture. According to Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 is 15% faster in CPU and 50% more powerful in GPU than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 features an octa-core processor. The Kryo CPU brings a 1x prime core clocked at 2.63GHz, alongside 3x performance cores @2.4 Ghz and 4x efficiency cores @1.8GHz.
Additionally, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 brings LPDDR5 RAM @3,200 Mhz speeds and UFS 3.1 storage tech with USB 3.1 (Gen 2) on board too.
Compared to the predecessor, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 offers 60% faster AI performance per watt. Moreover, the Adreno GPU supports OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2.0 FP, and Vulkan 1.3 APIs. The Image capture is handled by Qualcomm Spectra ISP which can handle up to 200MP main camera and shoot 4K HDR video at 60Hz.

Lastly, there’s support for screens with up to 4K resolution displays at 60Hz refresh rate or FHD+ resolution at 168Hz. As per connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB-C 3.1, sub-6Ghz, and mmWave 5G connectivity.
