Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 Specs
The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is built on TSMC’s 4nm process technology and features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture. According to Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is 15% faster in CPU and 45% more powerful in GPU than the predecessor chipset.
Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 features an octa-core processor. The prime CPU is 1x Cortex-X4 clocked @2.8GHz, alongside 4x Cortex-A720 @2.6 GHz and 3x Cortex-A520 @1.9 GHz. In all sections, it’s a big upgrade in comparison to its predecessor.

Additionally, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset supports up to 24 GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The modem is Snapdragon X63 5G with FastConnect 7800 mobile connectivity system and 3GPP Release 17 5G.
Qualcomm also upgraded the graphical performance. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 has an Adreno GPU which brings up to 45% better performance and a 5% reduction in power consumption compared to its predecessor.
Another major highlight of the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip is the AI capabilities. It supports a wide range of LLMs (large language model) and LVMs (large vision model) such as Baichuan-7B, Llama 2, Gemini Nano, and Zhipu ChatGLM.

Lastly, there’s support for screens with up to 4K @ 60 Hz and QHD+ @ 120 Hz, with variable refresh rate support for 240 Hz to 1 Hz. As per connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, 5G mmWave, and sub-6 GHz 5G connectivity.
