Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is Faster than Tensor G3…
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is 68% faster in multi-core and 32% better in single-core than the Google Tensor G3. Going by Geekbench 6 scores, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 had 2,329 Single-core points and 7,501 multi-core. While the Tensor G3 chip had 1,760 points on single-core and 4,442 on multi-core.

CPU
Here is the CPU configuration, the Tensor G3 chipset has a 1+4+4 CPU architecture and is built on Samsung’s 4nm process with a 1x 3GHz (Cortex-X3), 4x 2.45GHz (Cortex-A715), and 4x 2.15GHz (Cortex-A510).
In contrast, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is built on TSMC’s 4nm process with an octa-core CPU. The prime Cortex-X4 core is clocked at 3.3GHz alongside, five performance cores at up to 3.2 GHz, and 2 efficiency cores clocked @ up to 2.3 GHz. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 brings a 1+5+2 CPU architecture.
