All three phones come with same chipset (Qualcomm Snapdragon 460), same CPU cores (Octa-Core) clocked at same speed frequency. When it come to design and build materials (plastic and glass), all three phones also have same specs.

There is a 5000mAh battery in all three models of the Vivo Y20. But the Vivo Y20s come with 18W fast charge while the other two models has SW Wireless Reverse Charging. You get side mounted fingerprint for all three models of the Vivo Y20.

Vivo Y20 (3GB RAM) is still a good buy but the RAM size is too small and the price difference with the 4GB RAM Model is very small.
