The CPU has one Cortex-X3 performance core, two Cortex-A715 prime cores, two Cortex-A710 prime cores, and three Cortex-A510 efficiency cores.

Cameras

Xiaomi 13 has a triple rear camera system and a single front camera. On the rear, it has a 50MP main camera that has PDAF and an OIS feature. The main camera is supported by a 10MP telephoto lens that has a PDAF feature and can do 2x optical zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide lens that has AutoFocus, and a 32MP front camera.

The 50MP main camera can record steady videos in 8K resolution while the 32MP front camera can record videos in 1080p resolution. Other camera features are Dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, panorama, gyro-EIS, HDR10+, etc.

Display, Design, and Durability

Xiaomi 13 has a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 pixels display resolution and support for 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+. The front screen is flat and it has a centered punch hole on the top of the screen that houses the front camera.

The phone is made of a Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), glass back (Gorilla Glass 5), and aluminum frame. It is certified to be water and dustproof and the display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. The rear design of the phone looks cool with the camera module on the top left corner and the XIAOMI logo inscribed at the bottom left corner of the rear panel.

The phone has Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and two speakers (one at the bottom the other at the top). The volume and power buttons are on the right side of the frame while the USB Type-C port and microphone are at the bottom frame of the phone.
