The starting price of this device is $999. This device is one of the device in the series. There is also the more premium Honor Magic 3 Pro which is more expensive and obviously has more specs.

The chipset inside the Honor Magic 3 is Snapdragon 888+. This premium 5G chipset is manufactured by Qualcomm. It is the improved version of the regular Snapdragon 888 chipset. Which means, Qualcomm made some modifications to improve its performance.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ has octa-core CPU clocked at 3.0GHz and the it’s accompanied by the Adreno 660 GPU.

Honor Magic 3 has triple rear camera setup. A 50MP main shooter, aided by a 13MP ultrawide cam and a 64MP monochrome lens.

Upfront, it has a 13MP single selfie camera.

The device has a 6.76-inch OLED display, FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. It’s display is waterfall curved to the sides which leaves small bezels at the top and bottom.

For its build material, the device has Glass front, glass back, and aluminum frame. Just like the Pro model, Honor Magic 3 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. One of the toughest glass in the industry.

The RAM size inside Magic 3 is 8GB. And it has an internal storage option ranging from 128GB – 256GB.

Magic 3 is powered by a non-removable 4,600mAh with 66W wired fast charge.

Software and Connectivity

Honor Magic 3 runs Android 11 out of box along with Honor’s own software. The company is yet to announce any software update plan for the device.

Users can make use of Google Mobile Service with the Magic 3. This means you can download Apps and Games from the Google PlayStore.

And users will also have access to use the Google Assistant. For connectivity, you get the following; 5G, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type C.
