Intel 13th Gen Core H-Series specs: At CES 2023, Intel unveiled its mobile processors. And the most powerful mobile CPU announced was the 13th Gen Core HX-Series processors, however, in the lineup was the H-series too- that made for enthusiast laptops. Let’s find out more about it below.

Most high-end windows laptops in 2023 through early 2024 will feature the 13th Gen Intel H and HK processors. The H and HK mobile CPUs have 14 cores and 20 threads with 45W base power. Intel added up to 400MHz higher boost clock making it superior to last year’s 12th gen processors.

The top line in the H and HK mobile CPU is the Intel Core i9-13900HK: It features 14 cores and 20 threads, and it will boost up to 5.4 GHz. While the Core i9-13905H and Core i9-13900H feature an almost similar spec.

Intel Core i7-13800H: Laptops that use the Core i7-13800HX will be more affordable while offering performance that is not too far off from the Core i9 lineup. This feature 14 cores and 20 threads but a slower 5.2GHz boost clock.

Intel Core i5-13600H: This has 12 Cores and 16 threads with a 4.8GHz boost frequency. However, Core i5-13505H and Core i5-13500H have 4.7GHz.

The Intel 13th Gen Core H-Series processors are made for enthusiast laptops. Such is not as powerful as the HX-Series laptops that are made for gaming and workstations, however, the H-Series laptops will be cheaper and offer decent performance too. Lenovo, Asus, Dell, HP, Acer, MSI, Razer, Samsung, etc have all confirmed partnerships with Intel.
