Realme is getting set to release the Realme 9 series and rumor has it that the series will debut by February. The Realme 9 series consist of the Realme 9, Realme 9i, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme 9 Pro+. There have been rumors and renders about the first two phones in the series but now we have some news about the last two.

According to Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), Realme will launch the smartphones in the global market soon. He said that Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ have both received the confirmation in Europe and are expected to be released by February.

Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ rumored launch date

According the information, the Realme 9 pro has the model number RMX3472 while the Realme 9 Pro+ has the model number RMX3393. Both phones have been approved for sale in Europe and if everything works out well, both smartphones will hit the European market by February 2022.

Both smartphones will be 5G enabled and words on the street has it that both the Realme 9 Pro and Pro+ features MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor and/or a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor (not confirmed).

We’re also on the lookout for the launch of both smartphones in India. The company has confirmed that the launch of the Realme 9 series is close which means it might debut in India same time as in Europe.

Realme 9 Pro+ specifications (rumored)

The Realme 9 Pro+ is expected to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ OLED display. It might come with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 or Dimensity 910 processor that is paired with up to 8GB of RAM.

As per camera, it’s said to feature a quad rear camera set up: 50MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide lens, 8MP telephoto lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. While upfront it might feature a 16MP selfie camera.

The battery inside is said to be 5,000mAh with support for 65W fast charge. It’ll boot Android 12 out of the box along with Realme’s own UI. Again, none of these specs are confirmed, so you might want to add a pinch of salt when taking this one.
