Realme GT Neo 3 vs OPPO Reno 7 Pro: Verdict

Realme GT Neo 3 vs OPPO Reno 7 Pro

So, between the Realme GT Neo 3 and OPPO Reno 7 Pro, which is should you buy? For its price and the value it offers, you should buy the Realme GT Neo 3. Allow me to explain.

The Realme GT Neo 3 features a 120hz refresh rate, the main camera comes with OIS, it has a better performing chipset, a bigger battery, a faster charge technology, a more recent software (Android 12), and it’s about $300 cheaper than the OPPO Reno 7 Pro.

This means that anything you can do with the Reno 7 Pro, you can do with the Realme GT Neo 3 and also save $300 in your pocket. If you ask me, that’s a very good deal. In its defense, the OPPO Reno 7 Pro was released in 2021 and maybe that’s why the Realme GT Neo 3 which was released in early 2022 offers better value.

If I’m to score both phones, I’ll score the Realme GT Neo 3 (57%) and the OPPO Reno 7 Pro (43%). Even though the Reno 7 Pro is a good 2021 smartphone, it didn’t quite level up against the 2022 Realme GT Neo 3. All around, the Realme GT Neo 3 offers better value for the money.
