Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra vs Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra: Display
To be very honest with you, the display of these two smartphones are top notch. You can rock 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ screen resolution concurrently on both devices. An ultra smooth experience like never before.
The Mi 11 Ultra has the brightest screen here. It peaks 1700 nits. Unlike the Galaxy S21 Ultra’s 1500 nits. However, one advantage of the S21 Ultra is the adaptive screen system. It helps to save battery. Depending on usage, the refresh rate can automatically regulate itself to 120Hz rate when fully in use, other times when the phone is idle, it drops very low in order to save battery life. This is one feature the Mi 11 Ultra lacks.
Chipset/Processor | Gaming | 5G
Both smartphones are 5G enabled. They are powered by the same chipset (Snapdragon 888). If you are a gamer and heavy user, you are in for a good buy. So anyone you buy out of these two, be certain of top notch performance.
Both smartphones run Android 11 out of the box. And it is certain that these two smartphones will keep on getting major software updates for the next three years. Although I enjoyed using the Samsung’s software more (OneUI 3.1)
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra vs Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra: Battery
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 5000mAh battery capacity with 25W fast charge enabled. While, the Mi 11 Ultra is more impressive. Even though it has the same 5000mAh battery capacity, the 67W super fast charging system is insanely fast.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra battery can get fully charged from 0-100% in just 37 mins. Which is very impressive and real.
