The chipset inside the Galaxy Tab S8 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 5G SoC. It comes with an octa-core CPU with a speed clocked at 3.00 GHz. It also features the all-new and improved Adreno 730 GPU.

The chipset inside this device is 30x better and 20x more power-efficient compared to the chip used in the previous Galaxy Tab S7. This chip has a download speed of 10Gbps and it comes with new NPU, ISP, and AI chipsets.

Cameras

At the rear, the Galaxy Tab S8 also comes with the same dual cameras found in the ULTRA and PLUS versions. A 13MP main camera and a 6MP ultra-wide lens. Upfront it also comes with a dual selfie camera: a 12MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide camera.

Both the rear and front cameras can shoot videos in 4K resolution. Some of the camera features include LED flash, HDR, panorama, and AF.

The display of the Galaxy tab S8 is 11-inches. It uses a TFT panel and has support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The display resolution is 1600 x 2560 pixels and it’s protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The display also has support for S PEN. It uses Stylus with Stylus, 6.2ms latency (Bluetooth integration, accelerometer, gyro).
