With the long awaited Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 out of the way, Samsung is now turning its attention to the launch of the Galaxy S21 FE. But that is not all, along with the Fan Edition Galaxy S21, the company also has plans to launch three new Galaxy Tabs with top end chipset inside.

According to leakster Ice Universe, the new premium Galaxy Tabs will rock the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chipset. The Samsung Tabs will be named Galaxy Tab S8. And the Samsung will be launching three models of the tablets; Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, and S8 Ultra – just like its flagship smartphone lineup.

Using a top end flagship chipset inside means the Galaxy Tab S8 series are premium devices. As such, the device will be suitable for any task you throw at it. But that also means it’ll be quite an expensive device.

Rumors online suggests that, the Snapdragon 898 chip will have primary Kryo 780 CPU cores with a speed clocked at 3.09GHz. other reports also claimed that the chipset will be based on the new Arm Cortex-X2 CPU, which Arm claims will be 16% faster than the predecessor — the Cortex-X1 core.

There is no official news about specs yet but we are tipping the battery capacity to be 10,090mAh with 45W fast charging tech. We also expect the device to ship with charges in the box when it’s been sold.

Other rumored specs of the Galaxy Tab S8+ are; 12.4-inch 120Hz OLED display, in-display fingerprint reader, and quad speakers. The Galaxy Tab S8, on the other hand, is rumored to get an 11-inch LCD screen, 120Hz refresh rate, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and an 8,000mAh battery.

Sadly, there is no other updates yet regarding the incoming Samsung Galaxy Tabs. We still wait for the official announcement and price tag for the device. But going by the rumors, this is going to be top of the line Galaxy Tabs.
