Tecno Mobile is all set to launch its line of new smartphones in the fourth quarter of 2021. And one of the most anticipated device is the Tecno Camon 18 premier which is going to be the successor of the Tecno Camon 17 Pro.
If you got the Tecno Camon 17 Pro, you’ll probably have experience how good it was at such a budget price. In fact, the icing and features of the Camon 17 Pro was so good that the Tecno Phantom X kind of lived in its shadows. And now, the company is turning the heat one some more for the Camon 18 premier.

Rumored Specifications of the Tecno Camon 18 Premier
According to popular leaker @Maii_HD, the Camon 18 Premier is such an impressive smartphone to look out for. In his words, the Camon 18 Premier is coming with some new features never seen in the Camon series.
For starters, the Tecno Camon 18 Premier is expected to come with a massive 108MP sensor at the rear as main camera. This is not so surprising given the fact that the Camon lineups are Tecno’s photo centric lineups. For the first time, a Camon phone will be getting a 60x telephoto lens.
But that is just the beginning of the good stuff inside this device. This smartphone is also expected to come with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz higher refresh rate enabled. It’ll also come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage with space for storage expansion via microSD card.

Also, for the first time in a long time, Tecno might be leaving the Helio G95 cycle and bring the Helio G96 inside this smartphone. MediaTek Helio G96 is not a very big jump but it gives this satisfaction that the company is finally moving up the chipset ladder.
Other interesting features as mentioned by @Maii_HD is that the Camon 18 Premier will have; a 5,000mAh battery with 40W fast charge – 0% to 100% under 55 minutes, run Android 11 out of the box on top an improved HiOS 8 skin software.

There is very little details about its selfie camera but we’re expecting a 32MP sensor placed in a tiny hole. Its build material is glass back and glass front – gorilla glass certified according to the report. Of course, non of these specifications by @Maii_HD is officially confirmed but there is no fire without smoke.

Price and availability
As of now, there is no official price but if the price is right, this device will be a best seller. Unlike the Phantom X that was ridiculously priced. We still don’t have an office news yet as to when the company will release the smartphone into the market. But we expect it to be between late September and early October.
