Chipset, CPU and GPU
The chipset inside the Xiaomi Pad 5 is Snapdragon 860 chip. This SoC is manufactured by Qualcomm and it has really nice CPU and GPU.

The chipset has an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.96 GHz that is accompanied by the Adreno 640 GPU. This chipset can process high graphics and play graphics intensive games.
Cameras
The Pad 5 has a single 13MP rear camera that can record 4K videos @30fps. Upfront the phone has an 8MP selfie camera placed in the top bezels.
