The OPPO Reno 8 Pro has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display while the Nothing Phone 1 has a smaller 6.5-inch AMOLED display (the display of the Reno 8 Pro is 0.2-inch bigger). The display of both smartphones has support for a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. But, the Nothing Phone 1 has a brighter display compared to the Reno 8 Pro. The front screen of both phones is flat and both phones also feature a flat back panel.

Both phones have this box type of shape with the Reno 8 Pro having slimmer bezels. The screen-to-body ratio of the Reno 8 Pro is 90.3% while that of the Nothing Phone1 is 85.8%. Nothing Phone 1 and OPPO Reno 8 Pro has FHD+ resolution. The Reno 8 Pro and Nothing Phone1 are made of a Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), aluminum frame, and glass back. But the back of the Nothing Phone 1 is Gorilla Glass 5 and is stronger than the frosted glass back of the OPPO Reno 8 Pro.

These two chipsets are 5G enabled.

The chipset powering the Reno 8 Pro is more power efficient and faster than the chipset powering the Nothing Phone1.

Although the Nothing Phone1 is a powerful phone, the OPPO Reno 8 Pro is more powerful and has better performance. The OPPO Reno 8 Pro has faster CPU cores and a more powerful GPU.

The RAM and storage options on both smartphones are the same. The base model of both phones has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Other storage models are 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage. None of these phones have space for storage expansion via a microSD card slot.
