Both smartphones have Super AMOLED displays but the Redmi Note 12 has a brighter, 6.7” bigger screen and a higher refresh rate of 120Hz. It has IP53 dust and splash-resistant rating too. In contrast, the Realme 10 is more compact with 6.4” 90Hz and the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Now for security, both smartphones have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric verification. The Redmi Note 12 takes the crown here but if you like a smaller phone then you can consider getting the Realme 10.

Camera
The Realme 10 has superior camera systems on paper even though in a real-life scenario, the differences are minimal. It comes with a 50MP higher resolution camera, alongside a 2MP secondary sensor for depth field. While the Redmi Note 12 uses a 48MP main camera but with a similar secondary sensor.
Even the Realme 10 has a better front camera. It features a 16-megapixel selfie, while Redmi Note 12 has an 8MP. Unfortunately, both front cameras can only record video at 1080p max resolution.
