Display, Build, and Design

The Honor 70 Pro+ comes with a 6.78-inch display while the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with a 6.8-inch display. The display of both phones is OLED, has a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and is protected by Gorilla Glass. However, this Galaxy S22 Ultra features stronger Gorilla Glas Victus+ protection and is water and dustproof.

On the front, both phones have a slightly curved screen and a center punch-hole that houses the selfie camera. The bezels and chin on both smartphones are very slim and make the phones look really beautiful. One major difference in the screen is the resolution. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution while the Honor 70 Pro+ has 1200 x 2652 pixels.

The display of the Honor 70 Pro+ is really good but the display of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is better. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a brighter and more colorful display. Performance | Storage | RAM | 5G

Both the Honor 70 Pro+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra have support for 5G connectivity but both phones also have different performance. This is because both smartphones are equipped with two different chipsets from different companies.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 5G chip from Qualcomm. While the Honor 70 Pro+ has the Dimensity 9000 5G chip from MediaTek. When it comes to CPU and GPU throttling, the Galaxy S22 Ultra does better than the Honor 70 Pro+. This is because the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip inside the Samsung phone manages CPU and GPU throttling better. The RAM inside the Honor 70 Pro+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra is 8/12GB.
